Saint Stephen's Cathedral
In the
chapter on "Saint Stephens Cathedral" you
can read the
legend of “Heinrich’s Dream” telling how
it came that
Duke Heinrich “Jasomirgott” asked the Master
builder Prachatitz
to build a church at the centre of Vienna. The legend “Hans
Puchsbaum’s Fate” tells you why the construction of
the North
Tower was stopped before it matched the size of the South Tower. From
the other legends told in that chapter I also include the one on the
3 mischievous lads, called “The Toothache Lord”.
